We craft eye-catching bespoke packaging supplies that seamlessly blend creativity, functionality, and sustainability. We can supply many customised products; bespoke boxes, retail ready cartons, customised printed tape, printed book wraps and our letterbox friendly range of boxes and mailers. Manufacturing since the 1970s, we continue to be one of the leading, independent suppliers of bespoke packaging with expertise in corrugated designs as well as plain and printed self-adhesive tapes.
The Midlands Packaging Solution for Industrial and Manufacturing Firms
Our wealth of experience means we supply a broad range of industrial and manufacturing firms throughout the Midlands. Kilby Packaging’s in-house tape division has more than 45 years’ experience in slitting, converting, and printing self-adhesive tapes. An effective form of brand projection, customised tape provides information about product handling or differentiates items and shipments.
Our second manufacturing site based in Little Addington, near Kettering, providing us with increased box making capacity. This gives us greater scope for the manufacture of a wider range of corrugated products in a variety of FEFCO styles and flutes including specialty boards. Our customers will benefit from a faster turnaround time and a wider product offering.
Environmental Responsibility
We take our environmental responsibilities seriously. Our environmental policy outlines how our business practice aligns with environmental issues that we all face, along with complying with current environmental legislation.
We review our product lines regularly and seek to source as many of these diverse products as possible from either renewable sources or recycled materials. Our FSC® chain of custody (FSC® C169111) allows us to offer a large range of paper and corrugated products that support sustainable forestry. The demand for FSC products is increasing year on year as customers are increasingly factoring in environmental considerations into their purchasing decision making.
The composition of the material is just one consideration regarding the products that we offer. Alongside we consider the recyclability of the product at the end of its life and can advise customers accordingly. Where the application of the product is more suited to plastic materials, we have an increasing range of products containing a minimum of 30% recycled plastic.
